CSG OEM Warranty Information

This Limited Warranty applies only to new Connected Solutions Group LLC (“CSG”) OEM devices purchased from CSG. This warranty is limited to replacement at CSG’s sole discretion of the defective product. NO REFUNDS.

Router Replacement Terms & Conditions:

1. If a defect occurs during the Warranty Period, CSG will replace the product with one of equivalent functionality, made from new and/or refurbished parts that perform and are as reliable as new. With your consent, CSG may replace the product with one that is at least functionally equivalent. The replaced defective components will remain the property of CSG, while the fault-free product will be returned as is.
2. A valid IMEI number, MAC address or serial number is required to access services covered by the limited warranty. Without this proof, CSG is not responsible for the repair. If the product is repaired at your expense, any recurring performance issues will be covered under a three-month warranty from the date of repair.
3. Products replaced or repaired by CSG will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty, along with an additional three-month warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations:

1. The free replacement service applies only to router devices. 3G/4G modems, packaging, cables, software products, and technical data are excluded from the limited warranty.
2. This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

1. Damage or failure caused by not following the instructions in the User Guide regarding the installation, use, maintenance, or storage of the CSG product.
2. This warranty does not cover products whose replacement warranty period has expired.
3. This warranty does not cover products if the serial number has been altered or removed.
4. This warranty does not cover products if the firmware has been replaced without CSG authorization or if the product has been previously repaired by unauthorized individuals.
5. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors or user actions, such as incorrect voltage input, high temperatures, water damage, mechanical damage, dropping, severe oxidation, or rust.
6. This warranty does not cover damage occurring during transportation, loading, or unloading when products are returned by customers.
7. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, fires, flooding, lightning, or similar events.
8. This warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by factors unrelated to the CSG product’s design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
9. There is no warranty for uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. There is no warranty for loss of data.

Warranty Process:

1. If the purchased product fails, customers can apply for a replacement service by providing the
   purchase invoice along with the IMEI number *preferred or the MAC address or product serial
   number as proof.
2. In cases where the replacement policy allows for a direct exchange of the new product, the distributor
   can replace the product directly with the customer. In other situations, the distributor must replace the
   damaged product only after CSG has replaced the defective components.
3. Must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization form. You must return the product using approved
   packaging. Packaging guidelines can be obtained from the CSG RMA department.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SPECIFIED, CSG DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXTENDED WARRANTIES MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

CSG AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES; 2) LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO YOUR DATA; OR 3) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS), EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTIONS.
